Three women and a baby live in the family home on a dune facing the sea during the summer. Since it was built over a hundred years ago, it has been a faithful witness to the cycle of life. Five generations of the same family have lived under its roof during the summer season. As every year, opening it is no easy task. Spider webs colonise the home, doors and windows have swollen and their locks have rusted. Plant roots snake freely between exterior and interior walls. Time marches on and death threatens just as life presses on.
